Daneking has won over today's trip and has also been placed in heavy going at Haydock so may well finish ahead of handicap debutant Strident Force as they both make their seasonal debuts. SAMBA KING already has a run under his belt when making all at Yarmouth recently beating stablemate and favourite Zaeem. The Godolphin gelding ploughed through the mud for third place at Haydock last season and there should be more to come from him. Open Water and Clare Island Boy are closely matched on collateral form though the latter has a fitness advantage with a recent third at Newmarket while the ground may not be a hindrance to the Monsun fillies Oojooba and Arch Of Colours but it remains to be seen if either is good enough.
