      Verdict

      ATINA has a first run for Jeff Mullins and can make a it a winning one if she reproduces her best form from Golden Gate Fields. She Cherie has to be respected as she won here and at Zia Park at the turn of the year. None of the others can be ignored, especially Reds Sacred Appeal who was well below her best when beaten by Discrete Stevie B in January – she reversed the form when runner-up to Perfect Ice Storm in March.
