Verdict

GANGSTER (NAP) got off the mark over fences over this trip at Musselburgh and a follow up looks within his compass as, despite a 5lb rise, he’s still well treated on past form. Hard To Forget was on a hat-trick when favourite for last month’s Sussex National at Plumpton but was an early casualty. He would be a danger if that hasn’t affected his confidence. None of the remaining quartet arrive in the best of form so the market may be the best guide to their chances.
