In depth
Verdict
Schinken Otto is a standing dish around here but was raised 7lb following his latest C&D win in August and prefers faster ground nowadays. Several of his rivals have also shown a liking for this course in the past including Pete, Well Oiled, Authentic Act and Strathaird, though the latter is 5lb out of the handicap in this. TAHITI PEARL was successful over track and trip in August last year and is a pound lower now. He didn't fare too badly at Uttoxeter last month considering he needed that run and could be the one to beat today. Irish import Bonoman has his first run over fences for Evan Williams but is likely to need much further than this.
