In depth
Verdict
An open-looking contest but course and distance winners SIDEWAYS and Dartford Warbler have to go on the short-list. The former didn’t appear suited by the drop back to 2m5f at Fakenham but the form of that race has been franked and Christian Williams’ eight-year-old has more scope than the bottom weight, who hasn’t run in a grade this high in two years. Moving In Style wasn’t beaten far at Chepstow after winning at Wetherby so can’t be ignored and Total Assets stays well. Inchcolm is bidding for a fifth win in six starts but may find this company too hot.
