Verdict

BALE O'SHEA has the opportunity to follow up a recent victory at Naas and with inclement weather likely, conditions will suit. King O'The Gypsies has a smart enough pedigree though sometimes his resolution is not the greatest once put to the test. Charingworth has to be respected on the basis of a fair fourth at Aintree - especially as the winner has gone on to take a big race since. Premier Dane has struggled against the handicapper but he is finally starting to descend down the ratings after a sizeable period of time in his grasp. Bob's Dream reverts to hurdles after a torrid time over fences at Aintree. Teenage Idol has woeful form figures though his trainer is not adverse to targeting gambles at this track.
