In depth

Verdict

PETARA BAY's run behind Swampfire at Taunton was a very satisfactory first effort and Sophie Leech's charge, a winner three times on the Flat, will be tough to beat here if improving for the experience. It's A Steal was a fair third over 2m6f here last month and has solid place prospects again. He has the beating of the more exposed Vuvuzela on the form book while point-to-point winner Tick Tocker may need more times and Ballymartin King tackles hurdles for the first time. So does Gonow, who also has an absence to overcome.
