In depth

Verdict

Cilluirid beat Road Warrior over a slightly shorter trip here just under a year ago but has been off the track for a long time. Rebecca Menzies’ charge came right back to form at Newcastle last month and is still well treated on past form but is not one to rely upon. Getaway Luv beat Mac Suibhne at Catterick in November and the latter's handler Micky Hammond may have a better chance with the recent Market Rasen winner Mister Bells. Spot On Soph has been getting outpaced over hurdles so is worth a second look but FULGURIX will have benefited from his third at Wetherby and gets the nod.
