Verdict
Ubaltique can be hard to beat at Haydock so TORNADO IN MILAN didn’t run badly when chasing home that rival eight days ago. He’s equally effective over this longer trip and 8lb lower than when last successful so has obvious claims. Never Up looks the danger on his latest third at Sandown as he’s now only 2lb higher than when scoring at Carlisle in the autumn. Rear Admiral has won two of his last three but, at the age of 12, now races off a career-high mark and may find the ground too sticky. Viens Chercher may need this and this may be a bit too competitive for course specialists Dica and Discoverie.
