Verdict

First Look, Safari Run and Smoothly Does It are three against the field in a tough race to call for punters with the narrow vote going to First Look. The selection has been in the form of his life lately, hails from a yard in form and under conditions that suit he looks the one to be on. Safari Run rates the main danger on his best form but he was pulled up last time out, however that was in a listed race and this looks easier so she could go well at a price. Smoothly Does It is another dropping in grade and with her yard in top form and ground conditions in her favour she will not be far away. Of the others Day To Remember is unexposed and could improve so is worth a cautionary look in the market. Astronomic was a fair third in a chase last time out and returns to hurdles here off what looks a fair mark but his best form is over further and with this in mind for the winner we return to First Look.
