A tricky end to proceedings but Gunner Lindley probably has to go on the short-list. He has never won over hurdles but was a decent miler on the Flat a few years ago and only found David John too good here earlier in the month in a race in which the free-going Beyondtemptation was well beaten. Jebulani is the only course and distance winner in the line-up but was only sixth in this last year. SENDIYM has won four times around here, the last twice over fences. He stays further but this is sure to be run at a good gallop so Dianne Sayer's gelding has every chance of cashing in on a potentially lenient mark. Mitcd could also run into a place at decent odds.
