Verdict
Silver Gent has already won a point-to-point so the switch to fences should suit. He won his last two starts over hurdles in the spring and is short-list material here. Lord Brendy showed enough at Hexham on his chasing bow to suggest he'll be winning soon while Island Heights is another to consider. MARKEM won twice over hurdles here in January but lost his way after. However, he starts off over fences on a fair mark and could spring a surprise today if fully wound-up. Sharp Rise is another likely to do better over the larger obstacles.
