Verdict

Betrayed's two victories have been at Dundalk but he's gone well on Turf the last twice and was only headed in the closing stages behind Ever Rock at Down Royal. SECRET ROAD (NAP) had shown little at massive prices before a very much better handicap debut at Cork when a close third, caught in the closing stages after being rushed into the lead 1f out. He looks the one to beat with normal progress. Rosie Rock also showed major improvement on her handicap bow at Fairyhouse though that was over 7f and she may find this on the short side. Jazz Dreamers scored over a mile at Bellewstown so is another who could be found wanting for speed but What Adaay was always up with the pace when a good fourth over 7f at Down Royal on her return from a long break.
