Verdict

ARBOR DES CHAMPS was ridden more aggressively at Downpatrick and soon had his rivals struggling. This is tougher but he's on an upward curve and can see off Tay Lane, who has changed stables since cantering over his rivals at Tipperary in May. Penny Jane had little to do to win at Perth while stable companion Strike Is Back didn't take to fences at Down Royal. La Bella Vida is progressive but may need a confidence booster after falling at Punchestown and Dawn In The Park ran poorly at Downpatrick.
