In depth

Verdict

Gold Mirage has been knocking on the door over further and should go close again if there is a strong pace in this. The handicapper may have over-reacted to Tres Froide's short-head success at Listowel, however, as he has raised him 7lb. The six-year-old also has an extra quarter-mile to cover here. Murindo doesn't really appear to be progressing but we expect a big run from Michael Flannery's mare SECOND GLANCE, who has been in cracking form over hurdles lately and will relish the give in the ground here.
