Verdict
No-one could possibly begrudge Lord Luso a first success over hurdles after three seconds in a row. He doesn't look an easy ride, however, and is also trying 3m for the first time. EARCOMESTHEDREAM stays all day, as he showed at Chepstow last month. This track is stiffer than it looks and Peter Pritchard's course and distance winner can defy a 5lb rise. Around A Pound won over 2m5f at Market Rasen last month but is another who may struggle to last home here while King's Sunset was tried over fences last time and his future may lie over the larger obstacles.
