      Verdict

      Newbolt is upped a grade and raised 6lb after beating MOSAKHAR (NAP) over track and trip. But the latter was disadvantaged by having to race on the outside of the field on that occasion and Ollie Pears’ charge can turn the tables on more favourable terms today having won at this level here in the past. Amadeus Grey faces a more difficult task than when landing a Class 5 contest at the track last time while Kempton winner Variyann and Lingfield third Crownthorpe debut on the Fibresand.
