Verdict
Hurricane Harvey found only one too good at Exeter in January and Winningseverything did well to make a winning start at Market Rasen in November considering he ran green. The latter now has a penalty, however, and there are a few newcomers in this from equally powerful NH yards. Torn And Frayed and Shelfield both fall into that category with the latter being a half-brother to two winners. San Rumoldo is also interesting but the Oscar gelding THE DOMINO EFFECT is out of a winning bumper so gets the nod.
