Verdict

Given her pedigree, it is a surprise that DOCTE DINA cost only €11,000. She’s by a top-class middle-distance performer out of a Listed hurdles winner in France and there was some promise in her debut fifth at Bangor when easy to back. Annajemima was only beaten a neck at Wincanton on her first run on Turf. Former pointer Cardy and the once-raced Lucinda are other possibles with Pelican Pie possibly the pick of the newcomers on breeding.
