Hard to get away from SAFEBREAKER although Louisiade and General Tufto are likely to have their supporters. The former Nigel Tinkler inmate is here fresh from victory at Great Leighs and having previously scored on this surface, he looks a solid bet in what is a weak contest. Louisiade has bits and pieces of form that entitle him to consideration. The handicapper appears to be loosening his grip and he is now rated at just 49. General Tufto dotted up on Sunday over 1m4f. The handicapper won't be forgiving that effort so easily so he is wisely turned out under a penalty. Tour D'Amour has a high BHA rating but does have to concede the edge of racefitness this afternoon. Desert Lover is stepped up in trip whilst Roy Bowring's team seem in good heart so watch out for any moves in the market concerning Fifth Zak. Nautical doesn't win that often and it remains to be seen as to whether a step up in trip will help. Safebreaker has everything to suit today and it will be disappointing if he can't follow up a recent success.
