In depth

Verdict

MUKHA MAGIC took well to the Fibresand on last week’s course debut and returned an easy winner over today’s trip fitted with an eye shield for the first time. He’s taken to defy a penalty and go in again. Potenza runs on this surface for the first time on his return to action and makes more appeal than Country'n'western, who hasn’t raced since breaking a blood vessel here back in November. Lopes Dancer struggled on his last visit to this venue while though both Contingency Fee and Temur Khan have won here in the past they arrive badly out of form.
