    Verdict

    FERN OWL bids for a course and distance treble having beaten the in-form Start Seven here last time. He can make it three out of three on the Fibresand by landing this and is preferred to stablemate Cousin Khee, entered yesterday at Wincanton. Brassbound won this in 2015 and will have come on for a recent reappearance while Virnon has been thereabouts over shorter trips at the track recently. Silver Quay has slipped down the weights but races on this surface for the first time.
