In depth

Verdict

Caelan is penalised for winning at Kempton on his debut while American Glory didn’t quite see out the mile trip at Ripon having placed over today’s distance earlier. QUEEN OF ATLANTIS finished strongly when second over 6f at Newbury on her debut and given the winner has subsequently gone in again, James Ferguson’s filly gets the vote with improvement expected. Both Eagle Angel and Azure Stage are brothers to winners and newcomers to note.
