Verdict
Last year’s winner Azari is back on a winning mark but arrives in woeful form having finished a long way behind runner-up Seven Clans over track and trip last time. The latter remains unpredictable but Cold Harbour showed signs of a return to form when going close here last week and is fitted with additional headgear. Crimson King has been thereabouts since joining Mick Appleby but a couple of these are less exposed. Sea Sculpture hasn’t raced since June but MOUSEBIRD will be sharper for last month’s Fibresand debut when beaten a couple of lengths over 1m3f. This longer trip will suit and she gets the vote with Hughie Morrison’s yard in flying form.
