Verdict
Dickie Le Davoir gets the confident vote in this claimer with Pegasus Dancer and Owed rating the main dangers. The selection was given a poor ride when only second behind Grimes Faith last time, he looks sure to improve for professional handling and with the race looking sure to be run to suit he is taken to regain the winning thread. Pegasus Dancer rates the main danger on his latest second behind Doubtful Sound but he has yet to win over this trip and looks opposable on that basis. Owed is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Dickie Le Davoir but he would be much better off with the selection and is taken on with this in mind. Came Back is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is hard to win with. Of the remainder Cleveland's best form is over a longer trip and for the winner we return to Dickie Le Davoir.
