        Verdict

        Mid Valley gets the confident vote here with Paris Power and Mykeyta rating the main dangers. The selection won well last time out when beating Midge's Girl and although having a penalty for that win this does not look much harder and under conditions that suit he is taken to win again. Paris Power rates the main danger as he was third behind the selection last time but is better off at the weights here so he should be noted in the market. Mykeyta is another worthy of respect on his latest fourth behind Monte Mayor Junior but he has plenty of chances in similar races without taking one of late and for that reason he is passed over. Of the remainder Hits Only Life is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time and in a race where stakes should be kept to the minimum for the winner we return to we return to Mid Valley.
