In depth

Verdict

Dublin Four edges this at the weights ahead of CARLOW FARMER but his best effort so far came over a shorter trip and the latter is less exposed. Charlie Longsdon’s charge faced higher-rated rivals than these when third in novice company at Doncaster last month and should find this easier. Bumper winner Willie Butler has yet to figure over hurdles while point-to-point winner Airgead Suas debuts under Rules along with Fame And Hope, a runner-up between the flags on her only start to date. Toad is preferred to Fforbidden Love of the remaining pair.
