In depth
Verdict
Walragnek is at least open to improvement and can get off the mark in this most ordinary contest. Welcome Releaf and Fly Time are taken to be the best of the rest. Fly Time has never won a race and has thrown away numerous chances in the past. It is testament to the weakness of this contest that he makes the shortlist. Welcome Releaf is another habitual loser who, outside of this sort of company, would not merit a second look. However, as the top-rated horse (on a mark of 49) he has to be in with a shout at this level. Nevertheless, it is difficult to get away from the claims held by Walragnek, who sets the standard after a close second at Kempton five days ago and he is expected to take all the beating if he runs to that level again.
