Mosstang was beaten out of sight on soft ground at Leicester after showing a glimpse of promise on his Polytrack debut and has something to prove on this surface. As do the newcomers of course, but Scott Dixon's only previous two-year-old runner at this track was a winner and his Milk It Mick colt PEARL NOIR gets the nod on that basis. Baraboy is related to winners though jockey bookings point to stablemate Rydedale Valley as having a better chance while Ace Pearl is the first foal of a two-year-old winner in America and is also worth a second glance in the betting.
