In depth
Verdict
Paso Doble, Tip Top Style and Blue Empire look set to dominate this weak affair, with the consistent and in form Paso Doble taken to come out on top. Blue Empire won at Nottingham in July, and although well beaten last time, on his previous start had run very well over the course and distance, just touched off in the closing stages. he can go well here despite top weight. Tip Top Style had been running poorly before a much improved effort to be second last time over the course and distance. This looks a little tougher than that contest though and he may have to wait longer for a win. Paso Doble has been running well over the course and distance, winning a banded race before finishing a close second in a seller here last time. That form may be good enough here and Paso Doble is taken to come out on top.
