Verdict

In an intriguing opener, TAKE IT THERE is selected, with Peak Seasons and Bearneen Boy the best of the rest. Bearneen Boy is a consistent type but he seems one paced at the business end of his races. He is difficult to win with, but receiving weight from his rivals here he can hit the frame. Similar comments apply to Peak Seasons, who keeps plugging on, without really looking like winning. This is a modest contest however and he can play a part. After scoring at Taunton four outings ago, Take it There has hit the frame on three occasions since, and although going up the handicap, he has been competitive. He is taking on some exposed animals, and the recent rain will help him. Take it There looks the answer.
