Verdict
OWLESBURY DREAM should strip fitter for her recent run at Fontwell and gets the nod here ahead of Romping Home and Brousse En Feux. Twelve pounds splits the field and it is Brendan Powell's mare that looks the most interesting. She was made favourite for her recent reappearance at Fontwell and ran well for a long way before getting tired late on. She is sure to have come on for the run and effective on any ground, she should give backers a good run for their money. Tootsie Too impressed last time when gaining her first win and whilst that was an egg and spoon race, with confidence boosted she could surprise a few. Romping Home represents the stable who won this last year and is of interest if resuming in the same mood as when she won at Aintree, Brousse En Feux appreciated the step up in trip last time, whilst Lombardy Lady has shown nothing in her four starts but market support would be interesting. Pentasilea is consistent but yet to prove that she stays this trip, whilst Iron Maid is not the most consistent but is at her best on quick ground so will need the sun to shine. A competitive affair, with Owlesbury Dream taken to oblige.
