Verdict

ROCKETBALL heads our short-list from Whozart and Argentine. Admiral Bond's sole success came over course and distance and he continues in good form so his chance is respected whilst Lady Bahia and Decider are others that could feature. Rocketball returned a beaten favourite at Wolverhampton last time but this lightly raced gelding went close in a course and distance claimer on his penultimate start and may have more to offer. He had little chance at the weights that day so it was a fine run in the circumstances and he has a more realistic chance in this contest. Whozart didn't appear to get home over six last time but he went close over this course and distance on his penultimate start when just in front of Argentine; there's little to choose between the pair and both should be in the mix. There's less to commend She's Our Dream at first glance but Chris Catlin is an interesting booking so she's worth a cursory market check but we'd also expect to see support for our selection Rocketball who lines up in a tongue strap for the first time.
