      Verdict

      Jay Jays Joy has shown good progress here this year and ran out an easy winner over C&D last month. However, with Robert Butler's claim taken into consideration, he has to concede 12lb to GOAL on today's terms. The latter was never at the races over a longer trip last time but scored over C&D in March and is preferred to Paper Dreams, who is untried on this surface and over today's distance. Local Diktator looks best of the remaining trio.
