Verdict

Discomatic placed here before winning a maiden at Chelmsford though was beaten off a lower mark when last seen in a handicap. But KODIAC BROWN BEAR finally showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when beaten a length here a week ago and is taken to open his account. Swinton Noon remains 9lb higher than when scoring over track and trip in December but Deep Impression looks more favourably handicapped on her earlier victory here and is preferred. Tarneemat makes more appeal than stablemate Bright Apparition as both go handicapping for the first time.
