        Verdict

        CRUISE has gone close in handicaps in both starts so far this year and can open her account back at this level. She has the beating of Optiva Star on these terms though Rogue Soldier, Exorbitant and Crazy Crackers are less exposed and look likely improvers. The newcomers Master Dandy and Moulin Booj are both related to winners and the former’s yard is in good form.
