Verdict
Amidnightstar was only beaten a length on her bumper debut at Stratford. Samazul led into the straight at Ascot in October but CHAMPETRE may prove the pick of those with experience, running green at Worcester on going that may have been quicker than ideal. Janworth is a half-brother to the stable’s Bucko’s Boy while Coogan's Bluff is a brother to a winning hurdler in Ireland and they look best of the newcomers.
