In depth
Verdict
Gay Kellaway has enjoyed a fair campaign on the All Weather this winter and she can pick up again with Vittorioso, who is selected in preference to Tootsy, Kilmovee and Polesworth. The last named put in her best effort to date when finishing fourth over a mile here last month - an effort boosted by the fitting of blinkers for the first time. The drop in trip should suit her and she can go close if she responds to the visor in the same way today. Tootsy is far less exposed than a few of these and, with the three-year-olds allowance, she can get competitive with an improved performance this afternoon. However, Vittorioso presents a far more solid profile today and need only run up to the level of his latest start to finally gain that elusive first win of his career.
