Verdict

BARRYS JACK (NAP) was having his first outing since 2018 when runner-up at Carlisle last month. He was no match for the winner but this looks easier and Brian Ellison’s charge can go one better. Several of the others should be sharper for recent runs including Hereford fifth Anightinlambourn, who drops down in class, while At First Glance suffered an over reach at Perth on her comeback and can do better. Ballymilan and Wonderful Woman may also do better having only their second starts in handicaps.
