In depth

Verdict

Classic Tune was a 40/1 chance when scoring comfortably here last weekend. There didn't look anything of a fluke about that victory and a 5lb rise is unlikely to prevent another big run. TOWARDS THE DAWN has been gradually improving and was only headed in the final strides over slightly further at Ludlow. That was only his fifth start and there's more to come. Winning bumper Katahdin has so far failed to fire over hurdles but Do Ya Feel Lucky, a maiden winner at Tramore last summer, has moved to David Pipe though may do better back over fences. Everything For You, a decent performer on the Flat, has failed to reach a place in three starts over timber but there should be more in the tank.
