In depth

Verdict

Sandridge Lad made all to win over track and trip in November but ran poorly back here last time while Swiss Chime made every yard when scoring here on New Year’s Day and the above pair should set the race up nicely for FAIR ALIBI. The latter beat a horse rated 73 when landing a maiden over course and distance last month and that looks strong enough form to go close on his handicap debut. Key To Power is another handicapping for the first time and debuts on the Fibresand along with Giacomo Casanova, who seeks a hat-trick raised a further 4lb after recording a double at Newcastle.
