Verdict
Victoriano drops down in trip on his first start since 2021 while Purple Ice hasn’t raced since October. Scarborough Castle placed again when second at Newcastle and Bond Spirit won a classified race here before finishing third over a longer trip but TESTING FAITH (NAP) finally showed some improvement for a tumble down the weights when runner-up at Wolverhampton so Ian Williams’ charge may be the one to side with.
