In depth

Verdict

CARDINAL ROSE arrives in the best form having gone close at Warwick last time. That was only his second start over fences and he can land this dropping down a grade. Milly Malone was well beaten over timber last time, despite racing off a 10lb lower mark, though she did record a double over fences back in April but Dr Dreamy has struggled since finishing runner-up at Market Rasen in March. Breezy Kin looks likely to improve on the back of a chasing debut at Fontwell but the remainder have little to recommend them.
