    Verdict

SHINING CRYSTAL has the best piece of recent form when beaten only a neck at Lingfield and could well make a winning debut for a new trainer back at this lowly level. Embla is giving plenty of weight to the younger horses once again having finished in front of David's Gift here while Kay Ceraar posted a better effort at Kempton and is less exposed than Reversion.
