BERT KIBBLER is best on this surface having scored at Wolverhampton in March and here last week where he had The Thin Blue Line in third and Not Now Zeb in fourth. He was earlier beaten by the third here but had no problems reversing the form despite carrying 2lb overweight. Roydmoor scored at Newcastle in November and has twice finished a close third behind Ooh Is It at Wolverhampton in subsequent starts though Dream Game, who was a very close fifth in the first of those races, was denied a clear run at a crucial stage.
