Deise Vu shrugged off a 6lb rise for winning at Hereford to score in good ground over track and trip a fortnight ago. He’s upped a further 5lb but today’s soft going is a bigger worry and a chance is taken on SAVELLO returning to form. Dan Skelton’s charge finished a long way behind Deise Vu here last time but was runner-up in testing ground at Lingfield as recently as November and is 8lb lower today. Broughtons Rhythm was second at Taunton in between modest efforts while Deadly Approach drops in class but is another with something to prove on the likely going.
