Verdict

Aura Bora, Major Buckley and Solarmaite have experience of the track but not very happy one's as they were all beaten out of sight. A chance is taken that EXCELLENT PUCK handles the surface as he has the best form on Polytrack with a close-up second at Wolverhampton last week to his credit. Jamie Osborne's colt is preferred to He's A Striker, who is fitted with first-time blinkers after a poor effort last time and headgear is also applied to Burgoyne after a modest debut at Kempton. Winter Music returns from a lay-off and is worth a second glance in the betting.
