Verdict

Five Years On could provide the answer here with Velvet Touch possibly the best of the others. The form of the selection's second to Intriguing Glimpse at Lingfield last time is way above what the others, at best, have achieved but he is open to more improvement than his rivals, is quite well bred and, despite looking to set on breeding to appreciate further, connections would hardly be persisting at this trip unless they felt it would suit. Velvet Touch has had just the three runs but appears to be improving. Again, her form is not streets ahead of the other pair, but both Smartstarprincess and Siegfrieds Night have had plenty of chances and are more exposed. All in all, Five Years On will rarely get a better chance to get off the mark and gets our nomination.
