      Verdict

      Back Burner made a promising start for a new yard when runner-up at Wolverhampton and Layline scored over 2m at the same track last month. Sherman McCoy was upped 10lb for winning a claimer at Catterick in October but still made the frame on his latest outing over 1m6f. HONOURED has a 9lb hike in the weights to contend but won by seven lengths over course and distance last time. A hat-trick looks on the cards for Michael Appleby's charge and he's just preferred to recent Polytrack winner St Ignatius.
