Verdict
FUNKY TOWN PINKIE does have the form on the board and Ivan Furtado’s filly was not disgraced when failing to deliver on a hat-trick bid. Isle of Wolves would be of interest if staying though he has tended to race keenly in the past. Easy Equation has dropped to a plater’s mark these days while Ship To Shore continues to hunt for a first racecourse success and his last two efforts at Lingfield and Kempton have not been without promise. True Romance aims to defy a 3lb rise for his win at Wolverhampton when the market seemed receptive to hopes of that success.
